- HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY PHOTO SHOOT?

Since we're taking the effort to photograph the space, we want it looking its best! Here is a helpful link you can share with sellers which includes suggestions on how to prepare the space.
* Its important to ensure the home is set and ready for the shoot prior to our arrival. Failure to do so may result in added cost or delayed shoot time.
- HOW LONG WILL THE SHOOT TAKE?

If we're doing a standard photo shoot it'll take no longer than 30 minutes. If we add services such as video, drone, matterport, floorplan, etc. the shoot time could be an hour or two depending on what services are added.

- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS?

Photos and videos will be delivered the following business day. All files will be delivered digitally via link in email.
*In the rare event there is a loss of power, internet, etc there may be a delay in delivery. However we always make every effort possible to deliver photos the following business day.
- WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, check, and cash. Credit and debit purchases may be subject to an additional processing fee.
- WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

All payments are due upon delivery of the photos. Along with the digital download, you'll receive a payment link. Payments which haven't been received within 30 days may result in past due fees.
- DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand things happen last minute and we'll try our best to be accommodating, however we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event your appointment must be cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment time, a cancellation fee may be applied.
*There will be no cancellation fee due to weather. In this case, we'll do our best to get you back on the schedule as soon as possible.
- WHO OWNS THE PHOTOGRAPHS?

This can be a little confusing for some, including photographers themselves. Per Supreme Court rulings, photographers own rights to all photographs they capture. They own and control copyright of their intellectual property. So what does this mean? It means one of two things. Photographers can a) sell the rights of a photo to another party and release all rights of that photo to the other party, OR b) they continue to own the photos, and they allow another party to utilize the photos through a release. This release is typically restricted to advertising, but doesn't allow the sale or profit from the photographs themselves. This is what we're doing as your real estate photographer. You're paying us for a service, and we're releasing the photos for your use in order to market your listing. This is the more affordable option. If you're ever interested in requesting purchased rights of photos, we're happy to discuss that with you!
